One-page site brief
Site requirements
Everything our luxury three-station trailer needs from a site. Most venues have several workable spots — when in doubt, send a photo of the approach and we will confirm before delivery day.
Level area
A reasonably level spot, about 30 × 10 ft
Grass, gravel, or pavement all work. For soft ground we bring mats and leveling blocks, so the trailer sits flat and stays flat.
Approach
45 ft of straight approach
The tow vehicle needs a straight run into the placement spot. Gates and tree lines are the usual constraints — a photo of a tight approach ahead of time saves everyone a morning.
Overhead
12 ft of overhead clearance
Along the approach and over the spot itself. Low branches, wires, and arched gates are the things to check.
Power
110V / 20A within 100 ft, or our generator
One standard household circuit runs climate control, lighting, and hot water. If power is not close, our whisper-quiet generator covers the weekend as an add-on.
Water
A garden spigot — or none at all
We connect to an ordinary spigot when one is nearby. Without one, the trailer runs self-contained from its onboard fresh-water tank, topped off before every delivery.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery is Friday, pickup is Monday. We confirm the delivery window in writing with the venue the week of the event. Setup and testing take about an hour, and the crew is gone before the rehearsal dinner.
