Most pricing in this category hides behind a form. Ours is on the page. Publishing the range respects your time and ours — and if the range works, the quote will hold no surprises.
A weekend rental — Friday delivery, Monday pickup — runs $2,000–$2,800 for our three-station trailer. Three things move the number within that range.
Distance
We deliver from Ellicott City. Sites within about thirty miles sit at the low end of the range; the far edge of our 60-mile service area sits at the high end.
Season
Peak Saturdays in May, June, September, and October carry the most demand. Fridays, Sundays, and winter dates price lower.
Site logistics
A level spot near power and a spigot is simple. A long soft approach, a tight gate, or a field that needs generator power takes more planning, and the number reflects it.

Every quote is built against these two ends. The number we send is the number you pay — no fuel line, no delivery fee appearing later.

Closer counties, off-peak dates
Sites within about thirty miles of Ellicott City — Howard, Carroll, Baltimore, and neighboring counties — on Fridays, Sundays, or Saturdays outside the peak months, with straightforward placement.

Farther sites, peak Saturdays, complex placement
The outer reach of the service area — Washington, Loudoun, and the far side of Frederick — peak-season Saturdays, or sites that call for generator power, long approaches, or careful staging.
Add-ons
Only if the weekend calls for it
Most weddings add nothing. If your site needs power or water, we will say so during the quote — not on delivery day.

Always included
The base price is the whole price
Nothing on this list is an upgrade. Every weekend rental carries all five.
- Delivery, setup, and pickup
- Friday delivery, placement and leveling, a full systems check, and Monday pickup — anywhere in the service area.
- Consumables and hotel-grade stock
- Soap, cotton-feel towels, and enough paper for the whole weekend, stocked before we pull away on Friday.
- Pre-event detail
- Every trailer is detailed before it leaves our lot — fixtures polished, floors finished, air neutral.
- Venue coordination
- We confirm placement, arrival window, and hookups with your venue directly, so nothing routes through you the week of the wedding.
- No fuel surcharge
- Mileage inside the service area is already in the price. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
Terms
Deposit and cancellation
- Deposit
- A 25% deposit holds your date. Nothing else is due at booking.
- Balance
- The remainder is due 30 days before your event. We send one reminder, well ahead of time.
- Weather
- Rescheduling for weather is handled case by case. We watch the forecast with you and tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.
- Changed plans
- Deposits transfer to any open date within 12 months. We would rather move a date than keep a deposit.
